Dr. Sreelekha Challagundla
Dr. Sreelekha Challagundla, the visionary behind Fourelskin, is a dedicated dermatologist with a wealth of experience in treating sensitive and eczema-prone skin. Currently practicing at Sreelekha Hospital in Khammam, Telangana, she has worked as a senior resident at KC General Hospital, Bangalore, and completed her dermatology residency at Navodaya Medical College, Raichur.
Her journey in medicine began at JSS Medical College, Mysuru, where she earned her MBBS. Dr. Sreelekha’s expertise and passion for skincare led her to create Fourelskin—a brand committed to providing safe, dermatologist-approved solutions for all ages and skin types.
